Descripción

Hornwort is a plant without true roots, with whorls of very fine, branched leaves along a stem that can exceed a metre. It can be left floating or anchored with a weight, but never buried. It grows explosively and is among the best plants for stabilising a new tank or for a breeding tank, where its tangle protects fry from the adults.
