Descripción

The Crystal Black is the same bee shrimp as the Crystal Red but with black pigment instead of red, and it is selected by the same grades. It shares exact parameters, so the two live together without trouble; what is unwise is mixing them if you want to keep the lines pure, because they interbreed and the offspring come out with intermediate patterns of no selection value. In practice many keepers consider it slightly hardier than the red, although the difference is small and depends more on the particular line than on the colour.
